Eizo RadiForce EX270W offers a growing range of input modules. It allows future-safe connections from legacy or state-of-the-art systems to a streamlined monitor optimized for the high performance needs of the operating room. With a depth of roughly 4 cm, the sleek, curved housing offers a minimized footprint and no connection clutter to ease installation and save precious space in the operating room environment.
With a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a typical brightness well in excess of 600 cd/m2, the monitor can display original, 1080p (Full HD) images without blurring or distortion irrespective of the local ambient lighting conditions. To ensure the most accurate and consistent images possible, EIZO carefully measures and sets every tone on the production line to offer image quality tailored specifically to medical needs like gamma 2.2 or DICOM Part 14. Eizo RadiForce EX270W fully automated stability function makes use of an internal backlight sensor to quickly stabilize the brightness level at startup and to compensate for fluctuations caused by variations in ambient temperature and the passage of time.
With 5 factory calibrated look-up tables and integrated mirroring functions, the monitor can be quickly and easily adapted to the local viewing conditions and preferences of the surgeon. Wide viewing angles allow the monitor to be viewed from the side with minimal color shift, thus offering a quality image to multiple persons watching from different perspectives simultaneously. The mirror viewing function displays the inverse image (horizontal or vertical) of the original video signal to support the viewing direction of the surgical assistant. The anti-reflective laminated safety glass ensures excellent image quality while protecting the monitor from scratch damage or liquid ingress during surgery or when cleaning and disinfecting the monitor.
Eizo RadiForce EX270W is engineered to dissipate heat without a fan. The EX270W generates no distracting noises and does not circulate dust and germs or disturb the controlled laminar airflow within the operating room. The Eizo RadiForce EX270W can be easily mounted onto new or existing VESA compliant suspension units. It can also flexibly positioned with the forward spacer and positioning rail mount accessories. RadiForce monitors meet the strictest medical, safety, and EMC emission standards.
